Soft Sleep Sounds is an audio player. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent insomnia or any other condition. Phrases such as “better sleep” describe a hoped-for experience, not a clinical claim. If you have a sleep or health concern, talk to a clinician.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app and play the included recordings on your own devices. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the audio, or use it as the soundtrack for a product you publish, without our written permission.

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are sold through Apple. Apple handles billing, taxes, and refunds. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Restoring purchases uses your Apple ID; we do not issue a separate account.

Do not reverse-engineer the app, attack this website, or use either in a way that breaks the law. We may stop offering the app or change the catalog. If we do, paid access is still governed by Apple’s terms for that purchase.

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The app and site are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, that a particular sound will help you sleep, or that the catalog will stay unchanged. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and the current version will live at this URL.
